At Innovation Homes (INHUSA), our philosophy is simple. We want to make your dream home a reality. Our aim is to provide exceptional quality and craftsmanship at a reasonable price. You make the decisions about your home as we consult with you throughout the construction process.

Every home we build is a custom home. Our local Northwest architects share our company philosophy, resulting in a home that costs less to operate and contributes fewer greenhouse gases to the environment.
New technologies and energy efficient homes are our hallmark. We install LED lighting, solar thermal systems, ductless HVAC, recirculation pumps, low-water consumption fixtures, WEDI shower systems, NANO walls, and hybrid insulation systems.
We offer not only new construction but all levels of remodeling, from small repairs to complete bathroom or kitchen make-overs, as well as room additions. Estimates are free.
